NxFrontier Systems builds automated patient communication systems for dental practices. Our Dental Recovery System (DRS) helps clinics reduce no-shows, recover cancellations, increase rebooking after visits, and re-engage inactive patients—without relying on staff manually following up.

We implement and manage structured SMS and email workflows inside GoHighLevel that are designed to be compliant, consistent, and measurable. Messages are sent only to patients who have provided their contact information through appointment booking, intake forms, or existing patient records, and every message includes opt-out instructions.
